The meals that I have posted this time around make alot! So therefore, I have a lot of leftover meals planned! I hope that everyone is okay with that! Enjoy!

Wednesday-
Baked Potato Bar

sour cream
Butter
bacon bits
green onion
salt & peppa
* anything else you may want!
Thursday-
Easy Lo Mien- The recipe is on my menu from the very first post in September.
Friday-
Quick and Creamy Chicken Stew
3/4 lbs. small red potatoes ( about 8) quartered
2 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp. oil
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/3 cup Kraft zesty Italian dressing
2 cups frozen peas and carrots ( or even just peas- thats how we do it)
1/2 cup sour cream
Place potatoes and water in microwaveable dish; cover with lid. Microwave on high 7 min. or until potatoes are tender. Meanwhile, heat oil in Lg. saucepan on med-high heat. Add chicken; cook 7 min or until evenly browned, stirring occasionally.
Add potatoes, soup, dressing and veggies to sauce pan. Bring to boil; cover. Reduce heat to med-low; simmer 3 min or until chicken is cooked through and veggies are heated through.
Stir in sour cream; cook 1 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
Saturday-
Left over Lo Mien or go out.
Sunday-
Chicken Stuff- That is what we call it!
3-4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves- cut in half ( they can be frozen or thawed)
2 cans cream mushroom soup
1 8 oz. cream cheese softened
1 pouch of dry Italian dressing mix
place chicken into crock pot. Mix soup, cream cheese, and 1/3 of dressing in a bowl. ( mixture may be lumpy) pour mixture over chicken and sprinkle top with more dressing mix ( dont use it all though, it tends to be too salty). cook in crock pot for 4 hours on low, or until chicken is done. Serve over noodles or rice.
Monday-
leftover creamy potatoes
Tuesday-
Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup
3 boneless skinless chicken breast cooked and cubed
6 chicken bouillon cubes
6 cups water
1/3 cup dried onion
1-2 cups carrots- cut into small pieces
1 cup celery
homemade egg noodles (recipe below)- or you can use store bought
combine water and buillon in a large soup pan on med-low until bouillon is dissolved. Add chicken, carrots, celery, and onion and simmer on low for 1-3 hrs. ( the longer the simmer the better the flavor) Add noodles about 30 mins before ready to serve. I usually serve with rolls. Enjoy!
Egg Noodles
3 eggs
3/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. oil
1 1/2 cups flour
Mix all ingredients together. rollout to about 1/8'' thick, cut into strips. bring soup to a boil and drop noodles in soup, cook for 20-30 min. in soup.
Wednesday-

Thursday-
Chili Rice Combos
2 cans chili
1 bag Doritos chips
Cheese
Rice
In a saucepan warm chili. Prepare rice according to directions. to eat place first layer-chips, second -rice, third- chili, and fourth- cheese! Really Really easy and very good!
Friday-
Leftovers- Chicken noodle
Saturday- go out or frozen burriots
Sunday-
Lasagna
1 1/2 jar spaghetti sauce
2 lbs hamburger
1 box noodles
1 24 oz. cottage cheese
8 oz. grated mozerella cheese
Brown meat, drain, add spaghetti sauce. Layer in a 9x13 pan. 1st- uncooked noodles, 2nd-meat sauce, 3rd- cottage cheese, 4th- Cheese. Repeat until ingredients are gone. Cover with foil. bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours. I serve with garlic bread or breadsticks and salad. Enjoy!
