Monday: Ricey Ranchy Chicken
1-2 Chicken breasts
1/2 Package dry ranch mix
1 Cup milk
1 Cup rice
Cook chopped chicken in frying pan with a little oil. Meanwhile mix the dry ranch mix in with milk (you can add more or less ranch depending on how tangy you like it). Once the chicken is cooked through, add the ranch-milk mixture to the chicken and cook for a few minutes longer. Serve over cooked rice (don't forget to cook the rice or else it really isn't good). This sounds really simple, and it is, but it it is way yummy!
Tuesday: Crunch Wraps*
1 lb Cooked ground beef
Taco seasoning
Refried beans
Nacho cheese sauce
Sour cream
Cheese
Tomatoes
Large flour tortillas (8in tortillas will also work)
Hard taco shells
Cook taco meat and add seasoning. Spread refried beans on the tortilla, followed by sour cream. Break in half and place a hard taco shell on top of the sourcream layer. Top this layer with plentiful amounts of nacho cheese, then taco meat, and veggies. If you are using large tortillas, fold the sides of the tortilla to enclose it and fry on griddle, frying pan, tortilla maker, or anything else that is hot. Regular sized tortillas will also work, but instead of folding, just top the veggies with another tortilla and be careful while cooking so the grub doesn't fall out.

Wednesday: Chase's Chicken Soup
1 Can cream of chicken soup
2 Cans water
1 Can milk
2 Carrots
1 Small onion
1 Stalk celery
3-4 Cloves Garlic
1 lb Chicken
1 Cup sour cream
~2 Cups egg noodles
Italian seasoning
Mix chicken soup, water and milk and bring to gentle boil. Cut carrots, onion, celery, and garlic, and add to the soup. Add some Italian seasoning, pepper, and what ever else sounds good, to the soup. Boil chicken, shred and add to the soup. Finally, once carrots are nearly soft, add egg noodles to the soup. (You may pre-cook the noodles if you would like, but may need to adjust the amount of water added to the soup) Before serving, mix in the sour cream.
